Features

  • External Audio DSP support 

    • Previously available in Beta, External Audio DSP support is now officially GA. Connect an external DSP to Rally Bar/ Rally Bar Mini to further customize room audio. Support has been extended to now include Microsoft Teams Rooms on Android along with the existing support for Zoom Rooms as well as calls made with Direct Guest Join.

  • Camera Zone support in USB-mode configurations

    • Camera Zone is a powerful AI-based feature that keeps the focus on in-room participants. RightSight 2 people framing and room occupancy will only frame or count participants within the established zone.

      • Note: Use Sync App version 3.2 or higher, you can now set a zone while in the room or remotely via the Sync Portal, either as a room or group setting.

  • Introducing Speaker Highlight in Grid View (Beta)

    • Grid View uses AI to intelligently create up to 4 frames of in-room meeting participants. Speaker Highlight the frame that contains the active speaker, making it even more intuitive to follow the conversation.

      • Note: This feature is initially available for appliance-based configurations and can be enabled via device settings or using Local Network Access.

      • Note: In multi-stream environments, the native service stream highlight feature is utilized. In scenarios where multiple frames are composited into a single stream, the highlight is still applied to the relevant frame.

  • Sync support for GoTo Resolve Remote UI Access

    • Using Sync Portal, you can now mass-provision GoTo Resolve across your device fleet using Group Settings.

Improvements

  • Out-of-box Device Setup

    • Devices being set up running CollabOS 1.11 or higher, will now have the option to provision to Sync as the first step of onboarding. This allows admins to apply Sync features such as Group Settings and Update Channels.

  • Sync (Device Management)

    • The password in Local Network Access (LNA) can now be set as a Group Setting. This allows you to mass-deploy an LNA password across your fleet with ease.

    • Camera Zone can now be setup and configured remotely using Logitech Sync.

Bugs

  • GoTo Resolve Remote UI Access

    • Fixed an issue where network reset disables Remote UI Access.

    • Fixed an issue where the screen shows upside down in remote view when Tap USB is wall mounted.

    • Fixed an issue when the Remote UI Access feature got disabled when changing the MTU size to 1280.

  • Teams Rooms

    • Fixed an issue where resetting the office hours configuration from Teams Admin Center did not reset on device settings.

  • Zoom Rooms

    • Fixed an issue where combined app updates from the Zoom Device Management portal failed. 

    • Fixed an issue where Zoom Rooms BYOD session would not initiate when using 25m or 45m cables

  • CollabOS

    • Fixed an issue where the static noise was heard when sharing content without audio using HDMI-IN

    • Fixed an issue where in proxy-based networks the onboarding experience will take longer to resolve network connection.

    • Fixed an issue where in certain conditions devices using AI Viewfinder for auto wake-up would not wake up after detecting people in the room.

    • Fixed an issue where in certain conditions Sight would update after a Rally Bar / Rally Bar Mini restarts.
