IMPROVEMENTS

• Zoom Rooms

  • Updated Zoom Room to version5.15.1

  • Smart Gallery supports up to 3 video streams at 720p resolution.

    • This latest update on Logitech Rally Bar and Rally Bar Mini has improved the streaming capabilities. Now 3 streams will be sent at a maximum resolution of 720p, while the remaining 2 streams are at 360p resolution.

  • Updated RingCentral to version 23.2.30

KNOWN ISSUES

• Zoom Rooms

  • Displays turn off when not in an active meeting and participants are still in the meeting room.

    • Applicable only to devices that use Zoom Rooms Device Operation time with "Control with Idle Time-Out" enabled.

    • When not in a meeting and after the Idle Time-Out, devices can temporarily go to a low power state even if people are in the meeting room.

    • Workaround: Use Cotrol with Schedule option instead of using “Control with Idle Time-out” in Zoom Rooms Devices Operation time.

      • This will be resolved in an upcoming Zoom Rooms release.
