How do I keep Screen Share from being the default microphone?

In Windows, right-click the Volume Control, and select Recording devices. In the Sound control panel, select a different microphone as the Default Device and Default Communications Device.

In macOS, select Sound under System Preferences / System Settings and change your device for sound input.
