4. Invite Additional Users to Your Portal

To invite more users to the Services portal:

  1. Navigate to the System menu

  2. In the Users tab, click Add a user

  3. In the Add Users dialog, enter an email address and set its role

  4. You can invite multiple users by clicking Add Another User +

  5. When you are done, click Invite
