5. Requesting Support
Note: the Services Portal is your home for opening tickets for devices covered by Select- or Essential-licensed rooms and desks. For support related to non-licensed rooms or desks, please submit a ticket through our Basic Service support process.
To raise a support ticket in Services portal:
Navigate to the Support screen
Click Create Ticket
Fill in the required fields in the New Support Ticket form.
Upload any relevant attachment such as a log file or a screenshot.
Click Request Support
