5. Requesting Support

Note: the Services Portal is your home for opening tickets for devices covered by Select- or Essential-licensed rooms and desks. For support related to non-licensed rooms or desks, please submit a ticket through our Basic Service support process.

To raise a support ticket in Services portal:

  1. Navigate to the Support screen

  2. Click Create Ticket

  3. Fill in the required fields in the New Support Ticket form.

  4. Upload any relevant attachment such as a log file or a screenshot.

  5. Click Request Support
