While Logitech cannot always control factors such as country-by-country customs or import provisions or unanticipated courrier delays due to weather or pandemic, we strive for same day shipping with a cutoff time of 12pm local time for the distribution center in your region. This cutoff time may differ from your local timezone. Logitech will rapidly prioritize your RMA for best achievable delivery.
