No audio is heard from the TV connected to HDMI 1 connected to SmartDock/SmartDock Flex

Logitech does not recommend using the TV speakers for audio. The conference speakerphone should be used, to provide the best audio experience. The audio from the HDMI 1 output is not passed through to the display. Therefore no audio will be heard from on the TV connected to HDMI 1 output. 

If the preference is to select the audio output to be from the TV, please use HDMI 2 output, which does pass the HDMI audio through.
