SmartDock Microsoft Teams Rooms Audio Configuration

Initial setup of the audio devices for Microsoft Teams Rooms must be completed before use.

Go to Settings in the Microsoft Teams Rooms console and configure the audio devices for the meeting room:

• Microphone for Conferencing: the default microphone for this conference room. For example: Logitech MeetUp Speakerphone.

• Speaker for Conferencing: the default speaker for conferencing. For example: Logitech MeetUp Speakerphone.

• Default Speaker: the speaker used for audio from the HDMI ingest. For example: Logitech MeetUp Speakerphone.

Each item has a drop-down menu of options to select from. You must make a selection for each device.
