Introducing Auto Book!
- With Auto Book, rooms can now automatically reserve themselves when a meeting is detected. This makes it easy for users to reserve the room they are in and means admins will receive accurate room usage data, even if someone hasn't booked the room beforehand. Simply walk into the room and start using it.
Introducing Auto Release!
- When a meeting ends early, Logitech Room Booking will automatically detect this and adjust the current booking, freeing up the room for others to use.
Introducing Custom Backgrounds!
- Administrators can upload their own background images and customize how they're displayed on Tap Scheduler, creating a more immersive and engaging experience in the office.

Administrators can now customize the default booking times displayed on Tap Scheduler when making an ad-hoc booking.
When checking into a booking users no longer need to press “Check in” and then confirm it by pressing the check mark. Users simply tap the “Check in” button and walk into the room.
Increased language support. Logitech Room Booking now supports all of the following languages: Croatian, Czech, Dutch, English, Filipino, French, German, Hungarian, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Latvian, Lithuanian, Malay, Polish, Portuguese, Portuguese (Brazil), Portuguese (Portugal), Romanian, Simplified Chinese, Spanish, Spanish (Spain), Slovak, Swedish, Traditional Chinese, and Turkish.
