Product Registration
Logitech does not require product registration to activate our standard warranty, but does recommend using Logitech Sync for all device management and monitoring needs.
Sync Portal
Sync is Logitech's enterprise solution for device and space management, enabling you to track, monitor and manage your inventory. Sync has premium software features available through Logitech Essential and Select services, but it's free to get started with basic device management.

Other options
Customers of Logitech Essential and Select services can utilize our Services Portal to import or manually add devices by their serial numbers.

Customers who have not purchased Logitech Services and do not wish to use Hub can use our Basic support registration portal, found here (requires creating a Logitech account). Please note, currently Basic support accounts are only available at an individual level, so you will not be able to register products to your organization for colleagues' visibility. We plan to upgrade this capability some time within 2025, but cannot share more details at this time.
