How do I apply firmware updates to Logitech Swytch?
Logitech Swytch can be updated using the Logitech Sync local application, however depending on your configuration, the process may differ slightly. Below are the steps for updating Swytch depending on your configuration.
Note: Swytch updates via the USB-C PC port on the Swytch Hub. Connecting the purple âY-cableâ to a computer will not allow Sync to recognize the Swytch for update purposes.
Windows-based deployments
Applicable to:
Windows-based host PCs.
Process:
Ensure the Windows-based computer is connected to the USB-C PC port on the Swytch Hub.
Download, install, and/or open the Logitech Sync application on the host computer.
Select Swytch on the left-hand menu, hit the âthree-dotsâ in the top right corner, and Check for updates.
Update Swytch as needed.
Note: For Windows-based host deployments, you can also update Swytch from the Sync Portal.
Google-based deployments
Applicable to:
Google Meet computes running ChromeOS
Process:
Connect a Windows or Intel-based Mac PC to the Swytch Hubâs USB-C PC port using a USB-C cable.

Disconnect the connected Windows/Intel-based Mac computer.

Rally Bar (legacy)
Rally Bar Mini (legacy)
Roommate

Connect a Windows or Intel-based Mac PC to the Swytch Hubâs USB-C PC port using a USB-C cable.
Note: Chrome OS does not support the Logitech Sync app
On the connected laptop, download, install, and/or open the Logitech Sync application on the connected Windows/Intel-based Mac computer.
Select Swytch on the left-hand menu, hit the âthree-dotsâ in the top right corner, and Check for updates.
