Why does Logitech Swytch only support one display?

Logitech Swytch is designed to work automatically and with little or no user instruction required. When a laptop is connected, a single mirrored or extended display is fairly simple to navigate. When there are two (or more) extended displays, the navigation of the physical displays combined with the laptop’s display settings can become challenging or confusing.   Instead, if a second display is connected to the room system, it will remain connected to the room system unaffected by Logitech Swytch.
