In response to customer feedback, we announced support for Contracts and Ticketing in Sync in May 2025. Now, we are taking the integration further by consolidating the Logitech Services Portal into the Logitech Sync Portal.

This integration will allow customers to manage their service contracts, service tickets, Business Support tickets, and registered devices in a single platform.
