Consolidating ticketing and license management with our premium software and device management
In response to customer feedback, we are consolidating our Logitech Services Portal and the Business Support ticket form with the Logitech Sync Portal. This integration will allow customers to manage their Logitech for Business support and management in one single platform.
Ticketing and license management are now available in Sync, and we encourage you to start using it as soon as possible. You're not required to use it for anything but ticketing, but we recommend checking out those features, too.
Our other ticketing and licensing portals will remain available and we will provide plenty of notice before requiring Sync use for ticketing and license management in the future.
