How do I update my Sync Application?

Why is my Mac version of Sync not updating automatically?
If you have a version of Sync prior to 2.0.146, you'll need to manually install Sync again in order for it to update automatically. Download and run the latest version of Logitech Sync Application and you'll be ready to go.
Troubleshooting
Why did the Logitech Sync Application not install correctly?
Sometimes, an antivirus program will quarantine the background processes and keep them from installing correctly. To avoid this, make sure to whitelist LogiSyncService and LogiSyncServer. Check the documentation or support site for your antivirus software for more information.
What does the error code 20010 during my firmware update mean?
20010 – The firmware update could not be initiated because another program may be using the device. To address this issue, close all video conferencing applications and camera streaming / recording programs that may be using the device.
How to clear Logitech Sync App cache
If your app is freezing, not showing devices or failing to update, you can try clearing cache as a troubleshooting step. Please follow the steps shown below depending on whether you’re running the desktop application on a macOS or Windows system.
For Windows
Right-click the Logitech Sync App icon in the System tray and select Quit to quit the app.
Press Windows Key + R.
Navigate to \AppData\Roaming.
Open the Logitech folder, then the LogiSync (or Logitech Sync) folder.
Delete the following folders: Cache, GPUCache, Local Storage, Session Storage (if present).
Relaunch Logitech Sync App.
For macOS
Ensure Logitech Sync is fully closed (Cmd + Q).
In Finder, press Cmd + Shift + G to navigate to ~/Library/Application Support/Logitech/.
Find the LogiSync (or Logitech Sync) folder and move the Cache folder to Trash. For a deeper reset, you can delete the entire LogiSync folder here as well.
Open the Logitech Sync App again.

Will Sync be available for Chrome OS?
There are currently no plans to support ChromeOS with Sync. Google recommends using the Google Admin Panel for room and device management when using Google Meet.

Why is my firmware version number in Sync different from the one on the support site?
The firmware installer published on the support site is the numbered version of the software installer for a particular firmware release. The firmware version that is reported in Sync, Camera settings, or other software is the version that’s currently installed directly on the devices.
