2.5 Meeting Rooms - Tags

Tags provide a flexible and powerful way to enhance your rooms' searchability, organization, and filtering. With custom tags, you can provide more context for each room, making locating and managing them easier. 


You can add and remove tags in two places within Sync. First, from the inventory. Simply multi select all of the rooms you want to manage, and click the ‘edit tags’ button.

Simply add tags by typing and pressing return to add them to the list. Click the ‘X’ to remove the tags from the selected rooms. Press confirm when editing is done to save your chances.

You can then see your tags easily in the inventory view.


Either click on the tags or use the drop-down to filter on the desired tags. This allows you to easily filter across groups, for example, executive rooms across all of your sites.


Lastly, you can also edit your tags at the room level under details. Use the same create and remove capabilities as above to manage your room tags.
