4.3 System Settings - Alerts
In Sync, you can trigger email notifications by event, such as:
Device errors
Device warnings
Rooms offline
Flex desks offline
Occupancy limit alerts
Note: This feature is only available for Sync Plus, Essential and Select rooms.
To configure this feature open: System > Alerts > Set up:
Select the events or issues that will trigger an email notification.
Note: For the Occupancy limit alerts you need to enable it. Go to 4.4 Topic
You can set Mute alerts (For example if you want to receive the notification during the non business hours you can use this option.)
You can activate a grace period for errors and warnings. If they are resolved during the grace period, Sync will not trigger an email alert. Once the grace period is up, the email notification will be sent.
You can send the events case by case (email by case) or send in batch (gather all invents in a specific period and these alerts will be sent in one email).
If you want to receive resolution emails (when a room is not presenting an issue, a resolution event will trigger), select this option.
Enter the email addresses that you want to be notified by these events.
After entering the required information, click on the Save button.
