Sync Reports

Sync Reports is a premium feature which requires a Sync Plus, Logitech Essential, or Logitech Select license to utilize. Learn more about licenses here. 

Reports in Sync allows you to schedule exports of your Sync data. You can choose between any of your exportable data in Sync including rooms, desks, and personal device data. 

To set up Reports, follow these few steps;

First, navigate to Reports under System in Sync.

 Next, click create report to begin creating your new report. 

Next, enter in the name of your new report, choose which data you would like to receive, when you would like to receive the report, and who to send it to.

Once you have entered the required information click submit. You can create up to 10 reports as you need them.

You will receive an email to the specified users inbox at the time selected with the CSV documents containing the data you requested to be exported.

By having a scheduled data export for your data in Sync we hope to provide users with even more flexibility on how they work with their data.
