Does Tap support VDI?
Logitech Tap will not be capable of supporting Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) as it is a touchscreen display, intended to be used as a meeting room controller. Tap must be connected to a host device running a video conferencing platform (e.g., Microsoft Teams Rooms, Room Rooms, etc.) in order to output the associated meeting room controller UI.
Tap does not have an operating system nor an internal compute unit. Without a host device running a VC platform, it will simply act as a touchscreen display and will show the display output of the host device it’s connected to.
