Workaround for Teams Rooms NUC experiencing a black or blank front of room display
Previously a known issue, some Arena Canyon NUC models may encounter a display-related issue where the front-of-room display will show a blank or black screen.
While the issue was promptly identified and rectified, some affected units had already been delivered to customers. This update provides a permanent resolution to the issue and has been implemented to prevent its recurrence in future production units.
This issue has been resolved, with the workaround listed below
Applicable to:
Arena Canyon NUC (Model: NUC13L3KV5) running Microsoft Teams Rooms on Windows version 5.2.115.0 and later
Workaround:
Download the executable file: https://gtm.vc.logitech.com/ASUS/BIOS/FixTapDisplay.exe
Run the executable
Reboot the system
Note: This update will not affect any future BIOS or Driver updates.
