Enable verbose logging option in Sync App and Portal
It would be supremely helpful for troubleshooting issues if the Sync App and/or Sync Portal had the option to enable verbose/detailed logging for some amount of time.
Background: I've spent the last ~5 months attempting to diagnose recurring irregular errors ("Mic Pod was disconnected" / "Mic Pod was reconnected") logged in Sync Portal with a Rally Bar Mini system with two Mic Pods (connected in series to each other, and connected to the Rally Bar Mini by either CAT Coupler or Mic Pod Extension Cable).
It has been wildly frustrating to narrow down the issue, partially due to lack of verbose detailed logging in Sync App or Sync Portal. It's unclear which Mic Pod is becoming disconnected, and it is unclear why. As a result, we've replaced every single component of the system one-by-one, and have replaced some components multiple times, and are still encountering the issue with no clear guidance what to investigate next because the system does not tell us enough useful information.
Information that would've helped us troubleshoot includes:
At a bare minimum, the Serial Number(s) of the Mic Pod(s) that disconnected/reconnected.
The nature of the cause of the "disconnect" -- is it due to lack of consistent power? A bad cable? A loose connection?
The health status of the CAT Coupler / Mic Pod Extension Cable
Health information about the Rally Bar Mini, such as detected power voltages / levels, temperatures, fan speeds, etc.
Anything else happening with the system around the time of the error that might be relevant.
