Out-of-Meeting Occupancy Sensing on Rally Bar Huddle

Rally Bar Huddle is currently capable of sensing occupancy during meetings, like its big siblings Rally Bar and Rally Bar Mini.

However, unlike these products, RBH cannot sense occupancy outside of a meeting. I suspect this is due to the people-counting/occupancy logic being built into the primary camera, which closes automatically after every meeting (another feature none of us asked for, we can't turn off, and another moving part that can break).

Since we're now starting to use Zoom's occupancy functionality with scheduling displays (yes, I know there are now CollabOS scheduling solutions AND Spot is going to pushed for all things sensor-related in the future), we'd like to leverage the RBH the same way we leverage the sensors in our Rally Bars - mark rooms as occupied (and change scheduler LED color) when people are present in the space, but no booking exists.

We are also working to push Zoom eng to expose the 'Occupied' status parameter via webhook/API so that we can create further automations downstream and capture for internal dashboards.

We would love to be able to report occupancy status / people count on the RB-Huddle outside of a meeting - if this requires opting to always leave the shutter open, even better.

Same exact request for MeetUp2, which is effectively the same hardware minus codec/compute.
