My Zone 305 headset microphone isn't working

Make sure the headset microphone boom on your left is in the down position. Your Zone 305 headset mutes the microphones automatically with the mic boom in the upright position. Also, make sure you are not muting yourself on your calling platform and that Zone 305 is set as your audio input device.
