Why can't people hear me speaking when using my Zone 305 headset?

Make sure the headset microphone boom on your left is in the down position. Your Zone 305 headset mutes the microphones automatically with the mic boom in the upright position. Also, make sure you are not muting yourself on your calling platform, and confirm in your system setting that you are using Zone 305 headset.
