Why does my Zone 305 headset become unresponsive or won't turn on?
Make sure that your Zone 305 headset is charged and turned on:
Press the power button to turn Zone 305 on. If the headset is charged, a voice prompt will announce the amount of battery remaining.
If there is no announcement, charge the battery for at least 15 minutes then repeat step 1.
If there is still no response, perform a factory reset using one of the following:
Press and hold the call button and volume down (“–”) button for 5 seconds. The headset is successfully reset when the headset light indicator blinks fast in red and white for 3 times and turns off.
Or, go to the Logi Tune app under Zone 305 > About the Headset, click Factory Reset.
