Multipoint is a feature that allows the headset to connect to active audio devices simultaneously. For example, while listening to music on your laptop you will be able to accept an incoming call on your phone. To connect two devices at the same time, make sure that only the two devices you want to connect to are turned on and in proximity. Bluetooth: Using a Bluetooth connection, you can connect to two active devices (mobile or computer) for audio, the headset can remember up to eight devices. Follow the Bluetooth pairing process once for the first device, then again for the second device. USB receiver: Using the USB receiver, you can connect to one audio device. You can still connect to two active devices using one USB receiver and one Bluetooth on mobile or computer. Follow the Bluetooth pairing process once for the device. Then, plug the receiver into the computer and it will be recognized automatically. Based on your preference, you can select when to let Bluetooth connected devices take priority over the receiver connected device on Logi Tune app. On Logi Tune app, go to ‘Connected Devices’ and click ‘Setting’ icon next to the Bluetooth connected devices. If you select ‘Audio, calls and notifications, the Bluetooth connected device will override the receiver connected device when there are audio, calls and notifications on the Bluetooth connected device. If you select ‘Phone calls only’, the Bluetooth connected device will only override the receiver connected device when there is a call on the Bluetooth connected device. What are ANC, Transparency and Adaptive ANC modes?
Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) minimizes ambient noise, allowing a focused and uninterrupted audio experience by blocking out distractions in your surroundings. Hybrid ANC is the most advanced type of ANC, capable of suppressing a broader range of frequencies while delivering enhanced accuracy in noise reduction. Adaptive ANC is one of ANC modes that automatically adjusts noise cancellation levels in real-time for optimal performance. Using built-in microphones, the headset detects ambient sound levels and seamlessly switches between ANC High and ANC Low modes to match your environment. Whether you're moving from a quiet room to a busy open workspace, Adaptive ANC ensures optimized noise suppression for the best possible audio experience. Transparency mode, on the other hand, is designed to pass through external sounds, keeping you aware of your surroundings while wearing the headset. It’s useful for situations like having conversations or staying alert to important announcements—all without needing to remove the headset. Your headset is set to ANC High mode by default. The ANC button on the headset lets you manage ANC modes easily—short press to toggle between ANC High & Transparency Mode, and long press to turn off ANC. To access Adaptive ANC mode or customize the ANC button, use the Logi Tune app. What is Mic EQ?
With Mic EQ (Microphone Equalizer), you can adjust your voice to be brighter or deeper so that you can be heard better to others. The "best" option fully depends on your own preference and purpose. Experiment with your headset to find a preset that works best for you! You can adjust the Mic EQ through the Logi Tune desktop app.
