No audio from USB headset
If you're having audio issues with your headset, try the following:
Make sure your headset is selected as the audio output device for your computer (see your computer's documentation for help).
Check that your headset is selected as the audio output device for your chat or music application.
Adjust the volume on your headset, computer, and chat or music application.
Verify that the audio isn't set to Mute in your operating system's audio settings and chat or music application.
Try connecting your headset to a different USB port on your computer.
Connect your headset directly to a USB port on your computer, and not to a USB hub or extension.
