What if my Zone True Wireless Firmware update fails?
If you are experiencing issues with your Zone True Wireless being able to fully update the Firmware, please follow the steps below:
Put two buds back into case for 30 seconds
Take buds out of the case and don’t use earbuds for music or calls
Only connect Zone True Wireless to one device (computer or phone). If you have a second device connected, please disconnect
Press Firmware update in Logi Tune
Note: If the above fail please do a factory reset: Put both buds back in the case and press 20 seconds to the Bluetooth button in the charging case until you see all three light indicators blink in white.
