Over-the-ear headphones with Bluetooth and USB receiver, certified for business and perfect for hybrid work
Connect to multiple devices with Multipoint for audio
Multipoint is a feature that allows the headset to connect to active audio devices simultaneously. For example, while listening to music on your laptop you will be able to accept an incoming call on your phone. To connect two devices at the same time, make sure that only the two devices you want to connect to are turned on and in proximity. Bluetooth: Using a Bluetooth connection, you can connect to two active devices (mobile or computer) for audio, the headset can remember up to eight devices. Follow the Bluetooth pairing process once for the first device, then again for the second device. USB receiver: Using the USB receiver, you can connect to one audio device. You can still connect to two active devices using one USB receiver and one Bluetooth on mobile or computer. Follow the Bluetooth pairing process once for the device. Then, plug the receiver into the computer and it will be recognized automatically. Based on your preference, you can select when to let Bluetooth connected devices take priority over the receiver connected device on Logi Tune app. On Logi Tune app, go to âConnected Devicesâ and click âSettingâ icon next to the Bluetooth connected devices. If you select âAudio, calls and notifications, the Bluetooth connected device will override the receiver connected device when there are audio, calls and notifications on the Bluetooth connected device. If you select âPhone calls onlyâ, the Bluetooth connected device will only override the receiver connected device when there is a call on the Bluetooth connected device. In the article, you will find information about the compatibility of Logitech headsets with Five9 software. Below is a list of headsets that are tested compatible along with their functionalities. Headset Compatible with Five9? Zone Vibe Wireless Yes Zone Wireless 2 Yes Zone 305 Yes Zone Wired Yes Zone Wired Earbuds Yes Summary Mute/Unmute Call Button Volume Control Reconnection Wireless Headsets Physical mute button does not synchronize with Five9's mute commands. The call button is non-functional within Five9, requiring agents to use the Five9 interface for call handling. Volume level changes do not trigger On-Screen Display (OSD) notifications. Reconnection can be delayed up to 10 seconds and may require a manual refresh and re-selection in Five9 if Windows does not automatically reconnect. Wired Headsets N/A N/A Wireless Headsets Headsets Zone Vibe Wireless / Zone Wireless 2 / Zone 305 Connection Bluetooth With Receiver Compatibility Yes Yes Mute/Unmute Agents may find that the physical mute button on their Logitech headsets doesn't synchronize with Five9's mute/unmute commands. This is because the HID command cannot be recognized by Five9 software. While the action doesnât reflect within the Five9 application, the rotate-to-mute function or the mute button on the headset still works properly to control the audio input. Volume Control During calls, users usually depend on on-screen display (OSD) notifications to monitor volume levels. However, when these headsets are used with Five9, such notifications are absent. As a result, agents may need to rely on auditory cues or alternative methods to verify volume levels. Call Button Logitech headsets typically feature a call button for initiating or terminating calls. However, when used with the Five9 platform, this button becomes non-functional. Agents need to use the Five9 interface directly to manage calls. The main controls for handling calls are the "End the Call" buttons, or agents may choose to set the disposition to "No disposition" within the Five9 user interface. Wired Headsets In this context, "Zone Wired" and "Zone Wired Earbuds" refer to the specific models of wired headsets being discussed. Mute/Unmute Agents may find that the physical mute button on their Logitech headsets doesn't synchronize with Five9's mute/unmute commands. This is because the HID command cannot be recognized by Five9 software. While the action doesnât reflect within the Five9 application, the rotate-to-mute function or the mute button on the headset still works properly to control the audio input. Call Button Logitech headsets are typically equipped with a call button intended to initiate or terminate calls. However, within the Five9 platform, this button becomes ineffective. Agents must use the Five9 interface directly to control calls. The primary methods for managing calls include using the "End the Call" buttons or setting the disposition to "No disposition" within the Five9 user interface. FAQ & Troubleshooting Windows cannot detect or reconnect the wireless headset. When a wireless headset disconnects â such as when Bluetooth is toggled off and on â it may take up to 10 seconds for audio to reroute back through the headset. Additionally, Windows may not automatically detect or reconnect the headset. To resolve this issue, agents are advised to refresh the Five9 softphone web page and reselect the headset from the list of available devices to resume normal functionality.
