Connecting the Zone Wired headset

USB C - Connect the USB end of the included cable to a USB-A port on your computer.

USB A - Using included USB A adapter, connect the USB end to USB-A port on your computer. Note: Only use the USB-A adapter with Zone Wired.

Make sure you've set the Zone Wired as the default input and output device in both the OS settings and your chat or softphone application.
