Does Rally Bar support the use of Rally Plus external speakers?
No, Rally Bar can utilize its internal speaker array, as well as external USB audio devices safelisted for use. For more information regarding External USB Audio support for Rally Bar, see here.
What are the part numbers for the Rally Bar systems?

How do I increase the microphone pickup range of Rally Bar/Rally Bar Mini?
For larger or more difficult rooms, Rally Bar now supports up to four Rally Mic pods and up to two Mic Pod Hubs simultaneously. Using Mic Pod Hubs does not decrease the number of Mic Pods allowed.
Rally Bar Mini also now supports up to three Mic Pods and two Mic Pod Hubs simultaneously. Using Mic Pod Hubs does not decrease the number of Mic Pods allowed.
If you plan on using the Rally Mic Pods, you will also need to use the Rally Mic Extension Cable - a 10 meter cable that connects to the back of Rally Bar. You can use up to two of these cables with Rally Bar.
Can I use Swytch with Rally Bar / Rally Bar Mini?
Yes, Swytch can be used with Rally Bar and Rally Bar Mini. However, Swytch does not currently appear as a connected device in the Sync Portal - a solution to this will be coming in a future update.
Does Rally Bar / Rally Bar Mini support multiple displays?
Rally Bar and Rally Bar Mini support up to 2 HDMI displays when in Appliance Mode.
Can I use Rally Bar / Rally Bar Mini with interactive flat panel displays?
Yes, Rally Bar supports touch displays in either USB or Appliance mode (depending on the VC platform).
Can I use Swytch with Rally Bar / Rally Bar Mini?
Yes, Swytch can be used with Rally Bar and Rally Bar Mini. However, Swytch does not currently appear as a connected device in the Sync Portal - a solution to this will be coming in a future update.
For Android & BYOD based configurations, we recommend Logitech Extend.
Do Rally Bar / Rally Bar Mini support DisplayPort Alt Mode for BYOD configurations?

What is Rally Bar No-Radio?
Rally Bar No-Radio is a TAA & NDAA compliant variant of Rally Bar. This variant offers the same high-quality video and advanced audio capabilities, ensuring a superior collaboration experience without the inclusion of wireless radio components. You can learn more about Rally Bar No-Radio here.
Note: The Rally Bar No-Radio is a variant of the standard Rally Bar that does not include wireless radio components, including Bluetooth. This means that, unlike the standard Rally Bar, the Rally Bar No-Radio cannot connect to a remote control via Bluetooth.
What is the maximum USB cable length that Rally Bar supports?
The maximum supported length for a standard USB 3.x cable is 3 meters (9.8'). While Rally Bar does support the use of the Logitech Strong USB cable, we recommend using a shorter cable whenever possible. This is due to potential signal degradation and interference that can occur over longer distances. Strong USB cable comes in 10m, 25m and 45m lengths.
Does Rally Bar Huddle support external microphones?
No, Rally Bar Huddle does not support, nor have the necessary IO to connect external microphones. This includes Mic Pods.
