How do I find my Rally Bar's MAC Address?

In some network configurations, you may require a devices MAC address for identification and management on a local network. Your Rally Bar’s MAC address can be found in two locations; on the physical device, and from within the CollabOS settings menu. This applies to the following products:

• Rally Bar

• Rally Bar Mini

• Rally Bar Huddle

On-Device

1. Navigate to the back of the video bar.

2. Find the USB-C port.

3. Printed on a white sticker, you can find your Ethernet/Wi-Fi MAC address

If you do not see a white sticker on your video bar, you can find your device’s MAC address information from within the CollabOS settings menu.

Note: For Rally Bar Huddle, the MAC address can also be found beneath the front removable cover.

1. Navigate to CollabOS Systems Settings

2. About > Device info > Hardware info.

3. Here, you will find your MAC address information listed.
