Logitech Business Support provides full technical support for NUCs bundled with our Tap and video conferencing products, and works directly with the PC vendor (AIS) on customers' behalf to facilitate warranty replacements when necessary.

Logitech is the first point of contact for support, and will provide full support for the NUC as part of the conference room system, including supporting the hardware, image, and functionality with the room system. (Note: the video conference application powered by the computer may not be fully supported by Logitech, and you may be required to contact Microsoft or Zoom support.)
Warranty
If our support team confirms via troubleshooting that a warrantable failure of the NUC has occurred, and the device is still under warranty, we will assist work with the NUC vendor to replace the unit for you.
Logitech will confirm warranty coverage based on the serial number, gather customer shipping details, and arrange the shipment of a replacement unit and a return label for the failed NUC.
Warranty coverage typically matches the duration of the Logitech products the device was bundled with, but may vary in certain circumstances, such as extended warranty purchase. Our representatives will be happy to check your coverage during the diagnostic process.
