Does my webcam support HD (1080p) resolution?

The following Logitech webcams support Full HD (1080p) video at 30 frames per second:

• B525 

• C930 

• C925e 

If you’re not seeing 1080p resolution, it may be that your video conferencing application supports up to 720p or there may  be a setting within the application to adjust the webcam resolution.  

Please check the documentation of the video conferencing software you’re using for requirements and settings.

Additionally, check the following:

• USB bandwidth: Using many active USB devices at the same time, could potentially be the cause of the issue.

• CPU utilization: File transfers, streaming, checking email, or even antivirus scanning can affect the performance of your video conferencing application.

• Network bandwidth: Your internet connection download speed should be at least 3 Mbps.
