Speed up Windows setup

This may occur the first time you connect a new device to a computer. It will take some time for all the drivers to be downloaded initially, but will go much faster any subsequent time you reconnect the camera or move ports.

If you need to speed up the process on a windows computer:

When you connect your webcam, the drivers are checked for and loaded, and a window opens to show the progress. At the bottom of the dialog window:

1. Check the box that indicates Skip Checking Windows Update.

2. Wait while the drivers are loaded from the operating system, Windows will then skip this step and use its own available resources.
