GoTo Resolve service

GoTo Resolve allows you to securely view and control the CollabOS device from anywhere remotely, eliminating the need to be in the room for setup or to troubleshoot issues.

Note: Refer to https://support.goto.com/resolve/help/allowlisting-and-goto-resolve for information on the various network URLs and ports that must be allowed for the GoTo Resolve service to function.

Supported Devices

WIth CollabOS 1.10, the Remote UI Access feature with GoTo Resolve is available on Rally Bar, Rally Bar Mini, RoomMate, Tap IP, and Tap Scheduler in appliance mode. With CollabOS 1.11.180, this feature is available on Rally Bar Huddle.

Enable Remote UI Access

With On-Device settings   l  With Local Network Access

You can enable Remote UI Access either from the device or remotely using Local Network Access.

Local Network Access

During New Device Setup   l  Enable on Existing Device

During New Device Setup

  1. Login to your Local Network Access portal.

  2. As part of the initial setup screen, please ensure to activate the 'Remote UI Access' feature.

  1. Accept Logitech and GoTo Resolve terms & conditions.

  2. Provide company ID and Device key.

    1. Company ID and Device key are found in console.gotoresolve.com/pair.

  1. Click on the ‘Connect’ button.

  1. GoTo Resolve service is activated and the device is provisioned into the GoTo Resolve account.

  2. You can now use the GoTo Resolve console to start the remote session.

Enable on Existing Device

  1. Login to your Local Network Access portal.

  2. Click on System > More settings.

  3. Enable ‘Remote UI Access’.

  1. Accept GoTo Resolve Terms and Conditions.

  2. Provide company ID and Device key.

    1. Company ID and Device key are found in console.gotoresolve.com/pair.

  1. Click on the ‘Connect’ button.

Remote Control on GoTo Resolve Console

  1. The provisioned device is shown in console.gotoresolve.com

  1. Click on ‘Verify’.

  2. Verify the device using the account signature key.        

  3. Frequency of signature key can be changed so that the IT administrator does not need to enter it every time.

  1. Refresh the screen to see the device under ‘Not in a group’ section.

  2. Verify the device again, unless the frequency has been changed.

  3. Click on ‘Start Remote control’.

  1. Access and control the CollabOS device  remotely.

Log out from GoTo Resolve

  1. Go to Logitech settings or login to your Local Network Access portal.

  2. Tap on System -> More settings.

  3. Tap on the ‘Log out from the GoTo Resolve’ button.
