  1. Per Microsoft requirements for Dual Display, a display connected to HDMI 1 shall be placed to the right and the display connected to HDMI 2 shall be placed to the left.

    • How to enable Dual Display support

      1. To enable dual displays in Teams, you need to enable Dual Display setting in Teams Admin Settings on the device or in Teams Admin Center Configuration profiles.

      2. Please note that if this setting is not enabled, then the second will show up as inactive.

    • How to Swap HDMI-1 and HDMI-2

      1. You can swap HDMI-1 and HDMI-2 in Logitech Device Settings.

        1. See Display Settings.

      2. You can also swap displays in Teams Admin Settings on the device or in Teams Admin Center Configuration profiles.

  2. Please check Multiple Touch Display SupportΒ to set up a touch displays.

    1. If only one Touch display is connected, and no Tap or Tap IP is connected, then Teams Touch controls will appear automatically on the Touch Display.

    2. Otherwise, you need to enable Show Touch Controls in Teams Admin Settings on the device or in Teams Admin Center Configuration profiles.

  3. Can be controlled via the Logitech remote when Logitech Tap is connected. Also, can be controlled remotely from the Teams desktop client.

  4. Dual cameras can be connected simultaneously, but only one USB camera can be used at a time, with the ability to switch between them.

  5. Needs to be enabled in Teams Admin Settings in CollabOS settings.

  1. UI navigation using the included remote is not supported with Microsoft Teams Rooms on Android. When a Tap is connected, the included remote works as a PTZ camera controller.
