Supported Zoom Rooms Features on CollabOS

The following table indicates support by device for specific features of Zoom Rooms Appliances:

1. First Rally Camera can be controlled via Zoom Rooms, second Rally Camera can be controlled via remote.

2. Single external Rally Camera supported. Multi-camera mode is not supported when Tap HDMI-IN is used, see the CollabOS Admin Guide 3.10 Tap HDMI-In Support (Beta) for details.

3. Simultaneous multi-camera support (CollabOS 1.14+) is unavailable when using a USB-connected Tap with RoomMate systems.

4. Logitech Sight required (CollabOS 1.14.130+). Supported on Rally Bar and Rally Bar Mini in CollabOS 1.14.180+. Dual Sight support requires CollabOS 1.15+.

5. Tap firmware must be updated via the standalone Sync application running on a Windows PC. This feature is not supported while using Zoom Rooms multi-camera mode. See the CollabOS Admin Guide 3.10 Tap HDMI-In Support (Beta) for details.

Note: Roommate multiple camera support is limited to dual Rally Cameras. Using another USB devices, such as Scribe or Tap USB, is not supported with multi-camera configurations.

The following table indicates peripherals that are supported on Zoom Rooms Appliances by device:

1. Works as PTZ camera controller
