Which USB versions are supported for ConferencecCam Connect?

Connect ships with a USB 2.0 cable (mini on the device side, Type A on the computer side. Connect will also work with a USB 3.0 port.

Can I use a USB hub with the Logitech Connect?

We do not recommend using a USB hub if you’re out of USB ports or to extend the distance between the Connect and your computer. This applies to both USB 2.0 and 3.0 hubs. Using a USB hub can severely degrade the signal integrity and affect the overall performance of your camera. But if you must use a USB hub, please make sure it is a powered high quality USB hub.

What USB cables can I use with Connect ConferenceCam?

Connect ships with a USB 2.0 cable, with the goal of maximizing the cable length for maximum deployment flexibility in conference rooms. However, a standard USB 3.0 cable can be used, USB 3.0 cables have a shorter maximum length, so you may need to adjust the placement of your computer platform. Connect is also compatible with USB Type C cables with a purchasable connector (connector not included).
