System Requirements and Video Conferencing Software Compatibility

What video conferencing software can you use with Connect? Or does it have that built in?

Connect ConferenceCam is built to work across a large variety of video conferencing applications, offering the best performance for audio and video in these applications. Some compatible applications are:

• Google Meet

• Microsoft Teams

• Zoom

Logitech does not offer cloud video conferencing software, although we offer applications and tools to optimize the hardware experience like our Camera Setting application.

What computing systems support Connect?

Connect will run with any USB-enabled computing systems that run the operating systems and versions listed below.  Note that factors such as CPU speed and memory on your computing system can impact video or audio performance.

Can I use Connect with my mobile phone or tablet, too?

If the tablet is USB-enabled (comes with a USB port) such as Microsoft Surface Pro, you can utilize the full functionality of video and audio.  If not USB enabled, you can utilize audio functionality through pairing your mobile device using Bluetooth.

Does Connect work with WebRTC solutions (Chrome, Firefox, etc)?

Connect is compatible with standard WebRTC, although different builds may have different requirements that should be evaluated.
