Allow user credential based (Installer) provisioning with SSO enabled tenant

Dears, we are using Sync with Single Sign On (SSO).
For the sake of reduction of communication steps, we would like to create an enrollment user (Role: Installer) "bypassing" SSO. This would allow to share credentials to deployment teams, without the need get in touch with our support team. Is this somehow feasible?

As an alternative, we experimented with global provisioning codes but found that it is additional workload for the support staff upon registration as rooms are registered with "Room1, 2, 3, aso.".

It would be highly appreciated if Sync anyhow would synchronize room names from the Teams Rooms app.
