Automate Certificate Deployment for AOSP Devices via Intune

Problem Statement

Our organization currently manages over 900 devices running the latest AOSP firmware. These devices rely on SCEP certificates for network authentication. At present, there is no automated method to deploy these certificates, which means each device would require manual certificate installation—a time-consuming and resource-intensive process.

Proposal

We propose enabling CollabOS to support certificate deployment via Microsoft Intune for AOSP devices. This integration would allow certificates to be pushed automatically to devices, eliminating the need for manual intervention and significantly improving operational efficiency and scalability.
