Change the Rally bar camera name back to the descriptive names used previously

There was recently a change where the Rally Bar camera is simply labelled 'USB Camera Device' under the camera settings in various video call applications. This is incredibly vague and gives absolutely no description for users to make sure they are selecting the right camera, especially if they are using the Swytch on a laptop that also has a built in camera. It's also essentially for troubleshooting for users to make sure that they can see the correct camera is selected or even available when looking at camera settings. The old name of 'Rally Bar Camera' or some iteration of that was perfect and make much more sense than what it has been changed to.
