Disable Logi Dock Flex Ethernet Passthrough to Laptop

We are looking to see if it's possible to disable ethernet passthrough on Logi Dock Flex devices. We want to be able to connect Logi Docks to ethernet, but then not have the connected user connected via Ethernet and instead use the WiFi adapter on their local laptop.
