Enabling Insights based on settings when no RallyBar

We have 65+ rooms with a tap scheduler and spot and have licensed these rooms with essentials contract. There is no global setting that I can apply to the scheduler to enable insights. There should be an option to globally enable insights than having to enable manually on each room.
