Factory reset devices via Sync portal

Give Account owners or Logitech admins the ability to Factory Reset devices from the portal instead of having to do it from the physical device.

Ability for Sync owners/admins to factory reset devices remotely would save us a huge amount of time and money. We currently have to send someone to physically factory reset and that's always one of the first requirements when we submit a support ticket with Logi.

Other companies have had this functionality built in with their cameras and video devices for many years.
