• A project team needs to quickly onboard a new app (e.g., Trello or Asana for agile boards, Miro for diagramming) for an upcoming sprint. With access to the Google Play Store, the facilitator installs the required app instantly and starts using it in meetings after installation via IT team

2. Adapting to Changing Collaboration Needs

• During a brainstorming session, the team decides to try a new whiteboarding tool. The Rally Board admin accesses the Play Store, downloads the new app "Mural", and makes it available on the spot—enabling immediate experimentation and adaptability.
