In our case we would rather see the usage / stats based on per meeting not per half hour. If you have an hour or two meeting, it is not useful to see if in the 2nd half one person had left the meeting in the boardroom so instead of 6 there was now 5. A basic summary saying there was 6 people would be better and then we could also see how many meetings were in the room instead of having to compare the booking calendar to the analytics to figure that all out.
Also, instead of just a percentage number for the amount of room usage we could get stats for how many meetings were in each of the rooms.
