Insights: Recaptured Time

Ability to report on the recaptured time from meeting room check-in's

To be able to see;

1. Total hours released

2. Hours not recaptured, by users not booking a meeting, inside of the window that was made free

3. Hours recaptured, by users booking a meeting, inside of the window that was made free

Would also be nice to see this reflected as a % of overall meeting room available hours (ie. 40 hours per week per meeting room x amount of meeting rooms)
