Logi Sync app does not support Apple’s M-series chips
At the moment, the Logi Sync app does not support Apple’s M-series chips.
Logi Sync app installs, then a pop-up comes up that M series chips are not currently supported, and the app fails to install.
We have over 50+ Rally Camera PTZs deployed worldwide across 16+ offices, all of which are unable to be updated as they are connected to Mac Minis with M Series chips.
Do you have any updates on when this compatibility issue might be resolved? Currently, we’re unable to update the firmware on any Logi products, as all our Zoom rooms use Macs with M-series chips. This is a significant challenge for us and may impact our decision to continue using Logi products in the future. We are exclusively a Mac/Apple-based company - we do not support Windows or Android.
Can you at least make the existing app compatible using Rosetta?
