Logitech Sync Setup Issue — Devices Not Showing Up After Initial Configuration
Hello Logitech Community,
I'm running into an issue while setting up Logitech Sync for the first time. After logging in and adding my workspace, some of the connected devices (like Rally Bar and Tap IP) are not showing up in the dashboard. A few appear as “offline” even though they’re powered and connected to the network.
Here’s what I’ve tried so far:
Rebooting devices
Ensuring all firmware is up to date
Double-checked firewall settings and network compatibility
Re-authenticated the Sync account
Still facing the same issue. If anyone has a workaround or best practices, I’d love to hear it.
Side note: I manage some content projects too, and recently worked on a site showcasing restaurant menus like the Dunkin Donuts Menu. What I’ve learned there is that user experience and visibility matter just as much in digital platforms as they do in in-person service. Same goes for Sync — we just want clear access, clean interface, and smooth status updates.
